In-Store Shopping Protocol


WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE HEADING OUT TO PFGC?

We are happy to announce that effective May 22 we have reopened the retail store to customers! We want to thank our customers for being so patient and cooperative as we navigated a very difficult spring. While many of you have gotten used to our outside and greenhouse shopping procedures that have been in effect since April, now we are mixing things up again! We are so looking forward to seeing you all again, but we need your help and cooperation to make this transition go smoothly. Please take a moment to review our updated shopping protocols:

  • Our current operating hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm. We will remain closed on Sundays for the time being.

  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE STORE. If you do not have a mask on, we will not allow you to shop inside. Thank you for complying.

  • Please do not bring large groups, children, or pets with you to shop.

  • Greenhouse, outside plant areas, and interior retail store are all open to customers. We are limiting our INSIDE OCCUPANCY to 10 customers at a time.

  • Please enter the store through the door under our blue tent and you'll see red arrows on the floor leading you around the store - please take a moment to read our signage and follow the arrows and signs to maintain a consistent traffic flow.

  • We are accepting credit cards, cash, and checks.

  • If you feel sick, please do not enter the store! Stay home!

  • Please be aware of social distancing while you are shopping and maintain a 6' distance from all other customers and staff while you are here. We have floor decals to help you remember to leave room.

  • We have an automatic hand sanitizer station set up at our register - please use it! Staff are sanitizing frequently-touched surfaces hourly.

  • We are currently not allowing the public to use our restrooms. Please plan accordingly.

Please be aware that we are continuing to operate with a reduced staff, as several staff members have chosen not to return to work due to concerns over Covid-19. We ask for your patience as we work to assist our customers as effectively as possible with our small staff. We will continue to offer our curbside pick-up service as we realize many customers may be unable to come into the store due to health concerns. However, due to our reduced staffing and the need to service the increased number of in-store customers, we will set a $50 minimum purchase for curbside pick-up orders. We hope you and your family have gotten through the last two months safely and securely and we hope that we can all return to a sense of normalcy, as much as is possible!
